Beef Bacon
Our homemade beef bacon process starts off by dry curing the bellies for 1 week which ensures they are fully cured. Â From there, they are soaked for 2 days to remove a majority of the salt utilized in the curing process, and then hung, smoked, and fully cooked! Â Paulina’s bacon is one of our products that may take a little longer to make on our end, but hopefully this timely process results in the same great flavor for you as it does for us!
Available in 1 lb increments – whole or sliced.
