Boston Roast (Honeymoon Pot Roast)
When the original owner, Sigmund Lekan, had a tough time selling “Boston Roasts,” he invented the “Honeymoon Pot Roast.” Â The honeymoon pot roast is taken from the chuck end of the beef shoulder and rests up next to the rib roast, providing excellent flavor and tenderness. Â
All pot roasts come from the shoulder of the steer which is located in the shoulder.  Some call it a 7-bone pot roast due to the shape of its bone!Â
